Our guest rooms at Chateauret has been created by a stunning ‘Grand Designs’ scale renovation of a stone barn and addition of a modern wood clad extension. that links the barn to the original farmhouse.
There are 5 bedrooms, all individually decorated to a high standard, with modern en suite facilities and is atypical of the usual accommodation in Corrèze. The rooms are named after French heroes of the early days of the Tour de France.
All rooms have duvets, sheets and blankets to cover all seasons, UK style pillows, plus comfy cushions. Complimentary shampoos, shower gels and soaps. are provided – We use refillable dispensers to reduce our use of plastic and all our products are now organic and fully biodegradable. There are also large bath towels and hand towels as well as pool towels. Hairdryers, fans and mosquito plug ins are available on request.
All of the bedrooms are accessed via stairs and so are not wheelchair accessible.

Character eaves bedroom 14.5m2, with original beams and raised dormer ceiling, decorated with shades of green and plum.
Twin beds (90 x 190) which can be put together as a large double.

Ground floor bedroom 15.6m2, decorated in shades of leaf green and aubergine

Dortignac
Pretty ground Floor bedroom 15.2m2 decorated with red accents, with large Picture window and window seat overlooking the garden and potager.
Super king bed (160 x 200) which can be unzipped to make two singles

Le Duq
The largest of our 5 rooms, this junior suite decorated in calm tones of duck egg blue is 25 square metres, with a super king sized bed (180 x 200cm) and a separate single four poster bed (90 x 190) in a recessed area, which doubles as a day bed and is very good for couples travelling with a single child.
Large triple window gives views over the garden and pool.
The shower room has a large shower, WC and basin.
The super king bed can be separated into twin beds, so the room adapts well for groups, accommodating 3 adults comfortably.
